YES. One of our service term is sourcing the products that our customers need, So please tell us the details information of the item.

5.WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY TERM?

Our company offer 1% free spare parts to FCL order. There is a 12months warranty for our export products from the date of the shipment. If warranty has run out, our customer should pay for the replacement parts.

6.IS THE SAMPLE AVAILABLE?

YES, Usually we send the samples by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, it will take around 3 days for our customers to receive them, but customer will pay all the costs related to the sample, such as sample cost and express freight. We will refund our customer the sample cost in the first formal order.

7.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHEAP QUALITY AND GOOD QUALITY?

1) The cheap quality chainsaw/brush cutter use cheap and low quality raw material, But our facotry use good and high quality raw material.

2) The cheap quality don't have inspection department for raw material, producing, packing ect…

3) Cheap quality testing time is about 15 Seconds, But our factory testing time is at last 300 Seconds

4) The cheap quality factory of one worker charge 3 assemble process, But our factory is one worker charge 1 assembel process. We have a strict training for assemble worker. The worker is professional for their assemble process

5) Our factory have the laboratory for testing quality and new products development.
